Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our central distribution hub in Hong Kong. This strategic location allows us to provide efficient worldwide delivery and maintain high standards of quality control. You can expect tracking details and timely updates once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been delivered.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
